Fevzi has deep knowledge of enterprise software solutions implementations with over 25 years’ experience in various industries; covering digital transformation, enterprise information and knowledge management and business process management. He has experience as an executive director, sales engineer, software product and project manager, and developer; delivering business and technical innovation for international corporates across global geographies, start-ups and SMEs spanning sectors including banking, insurance, finance, telecoms, pharmaceuticals, health and manufacturing.
Walking in the clients’ shoes, he sets and executes business strategy and operations while being able to measure the effectiveness of the business strategy through financial performance.
Simon has over nineteen years international consulting experience supporting major pharmaceutical companies develop sales and marketing strategy and improve their commercial effectiveness.Many of Simon’s projects have required implementation across multiple markets and he has significant experience working with HQ organisations to develop and implement sales and marketing processes. Geographically Simon has worked in over forty markets worldwide, including most in Europe and many in Asia.
Simon was previously a Principal with the consulting firm ZS Associates. He has an MBA from the London Business School, an MSc in Information Engineering from City University, and a BSc in Engineering from Imperial College.
